Instructions for use:

• When the device is on, press the on/off button to select the mode.
• Press the gear button to select the intensity.
• Before use, it is recommended to remove all jewelry and metal accessories.
• Start at the lowest level and find the one that suits you.
• Do not stay more than 3 seconds in the same spot when using the heating mode.
• Do not use in the shower or bath.
