Return Process

- Please provide your order details and the reasons for the return.

2. Return Shipping
- We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- Carefully pack your item, include proof of purchase and use the prepaid return label to send the item back to us.

Refunds

- Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Reimbursement Period
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another, please follow the return process described above. Once we receive the returned item, we will process and ship the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items
